Love is born of faith. And faith—how does it come? It comes by hearing. “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God” (Romans 10:17). When a man truly hears the word of God, something stirs in his spirit. It is not a mere intellectual acknowledgment. It is a disturbance—a conviction. A fire kindled in the bones, as Jeremiah knew it (Jeremiah 20:9). That stirring produces passion for God, and that passion is love. It takes root in the heart, and from the heart it establishes faith—living, breathing, active faith. For “faith worketh by love” (Galatians 5:6). The two are inseparable. Love fuels faith, and faith, when acted upon, nurtures deeper love. They feed one another in an upward cycle: the more you obey, the more you love; the more you love, the more you believe; the more you believe, the more you obey.

But here is where the whole matter rests on a knife’s edge: this cycle does not begin with man. It begins with God. All of it—the hearing, the stirring, the conviction, the love, the faith—is contingent upon His will, at His appointed time, for the person He chooses to move upon. “So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy” (Romans 9:16). A man can will all he likes. He can run himself ragged. But unless God opens his ears to hear and softens his heart to receive, there is no ignition. The engine of faith does not start itself.

The Tragedy of Knowing Without Doing

And this is the great tragedy: a man can know. He can know deeply, broadly, and fluently. He can speak of God with eloquence and parse doctrine with precision. And yet—when the moment comes that demands action, he fails. He fails not from ignorance but from something far worse: a knowing that never matured into doing. Paul himself confessed this war: “For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do” (Romans 7:19). Such a man is, as Paul warned Timothy, “Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth” (2 Timothy 3:7). He is ever knowing, never proving, never nurturing, never loving. Never walking in the faith he so readily recognises in others and so readily names with his mouth.

James puts it plainly: “Be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves” (James 1:22). The man who hears and does not act is not merely negligent—he is self-deceived. He has convinced himself that knowing is enough. That recognition is the same as possession. But it is not. You can recognise a fire from across the room and still freeze to death. Knowledge without action is a barren womb. It conceives nothing. It births nothing. It sustains nothing (James 2:17-26).

The Desperation That Opens the Door

Why does such a man fail to pursue and receive the mercy of God? Because he is not desperate enough. He still has something to hold on to. He still believes he has options. He still thinks he can manage. And as long as a man thinks he can manage, he will never throw himself entirely upon God. It is only when a man comes to see that he has nothing left—that he is already dead, already spent, already bankrupt—that he can truly pursue God with the kind of abandon God requires (Mark 10:23).

This was the exact mindset of the prodigal son. Consider him. He had taken his inheritance—everything his father had set aside for him—and squandered it on reckless living. When famine struck, he found himself feeding pigs, longing to eat their slop, and no one gave him a thing. He was finished. There was nothing left to protect, nothing left to lose. And it was precisely there—in the pigsty, at the bottom, in total ruin—that something shifted. The Scripture says, “He came to himself” (Luke 15:17). What a phrase. He came to himself. He woke up. And he said, “I will arise and go to my father, and will say unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and before thee, and am no more worthy to be called thy son” (Luke 15:18–19).

And what did it cost him to return? Nothing. He had nothing left to give up. His desperation was not his defeat—it was his doorway. The father did not meet him with a lecture. He met him with a robe, a ring, a feast, and a kiss (Luke 15:20–24). That is the mercy of God. But it only comes to the one who has stopped pretending he can save himself.

The Lesson of Abel Beth-Maacah

There is a remarkable episode in 2 Samuel 20 that illuminates this truth with startling clarity. A man named Sheba, the son of Bichri, had rebelled against King David and drawn Israel after him. When the rebellion collapsed, Sheba fled and took refuge inside the city of Abel Beth-Maacah. Joab, David’s commander, pursued him there and laid siege to the city. He battered the walls. He was prepared to destroy everything—every man, woman, and child—to get to the one man who had caused the trouble (2 Samuel 20:15).

Then a wise woman from within the city called out to Joab. She reasoned with him: “Why will you swallow up the inheritance of the LORD?” (2 Samuel 20:19). Joab answered plainly—he did not want the city. He wanted the man. Give him up, and the siege would end. The people of the city looked around. They saw their walls crumbling. They saw an army they could not defeat. They understood with perfect clarity: if they continued to shield this man, the cost would be their total destruction. But if they gave him up—this one man, this single source of all the commotion—they would live. So they cut off Sheba’s head and threw it over the wall to Joab. And Joab blew the trumpet, and the army withdrew, and the city was saved (2 Samuel 20:21–22).

They reasoned aright. They counted the cost and chose survival over misplaced loyalty to a traitor.

Surrender the Traitor Within Your Walls

Now consider: you are that city—the inheritance of The Lord (Deuteronomy 32:9). Your soul is the population—the inhabitants who live within your walls. And a traitor is living among them. It is the flesh. It is the uncrucified nature, the indulged appetite, the sin that has been given shelter and protection for far too long. And because of that one resident, the armies of God’s judgment are at your gates. The walls are crumbling. The situation is beyond you. You have no strength to go forward this way.

The wise man recognises this. He does not pretend he can withstand the siege. He does not try to negotiate from a position of strength he does not have. Instead, he reasons aright and says, “Why should I keep suffering for the sake of the very thing that is destroying me? This situation is beyond me. I will seek the face of God. I will seek His mercy in fasting and prayer, knowing that He is merciful and will hear a prayer made from faith—a prayer rising from a destitute heart.”

And God will hear it. “The LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit” (Psalm 34:18). “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land” (2 Chronicles 7:14). He will answer. He will give relief. He will give rest. “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest” (Matthew 11:28).

But this mercy comes at a cost—not a cost to you, for you have nothing left to lose, but a cost to the flesh—the traitor. You must hand over the traitor. You must surrender the one who caused God to set Himself against you (Isaiah 54:16). You must mortify the deeds of the body (Romans 8:13). “And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts” (Galatians 5:24).

[At a lodging place on the way, the Lord met Moses and was about to kill him. But Zipporah took a flint knife, cut off her son’s foreskin and touched Moses’ feet with it. “Surely you are a bridegroom of blood to me,” she said. So the Lord let him alone. (At that time she said “bridegroom of blood,” referring to circumcision.) —Exodus 4:24]

Cut off his head. Throw it over the wall. And the siege will end. The trumpet will sound. The army will withdraw. And your soul will be saved. For “what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?” (Mark 8:36). The flesh was already condemned. Letting go of it costs you nothing you were not already losing. But keeping it—ah, keeping it costs you everything.

[“Woe to the city of blood, full of lies, full of plunder, never without victims! The crack of whips, the clatter of wheels, galloping horses and jolting chariots! Charging cavalry, flashing swords and glittering spears! Many casualties, piles of dead, bodies without number, people stumbling over the corpses— all because of the wanton lust of a prostitute, alluring, the mistress of sorceries, who enslaved nations by her prostitution and peoples by her witchcraft.”

— Nahum 3:1–4 (NIV)]

Have you lost the company of Christ? How is it you have lost The Company Of Christ? How is it that you did not watch Him every moment to make sure you never lose sight of Him? At times, it is hard work to go back for Christ.

Did you lose Christ by neglecting the Scriptures? You must find Him in the Scriptures. Did you lose Christ by prayerlessness? Then you must seek and find Him through prayer. It is there you will find Him. Did you lose Christ by sin? Then you will find Christ by the giving up of the sin and ask the Holy Spirit for help. Did you lose Christ through unforgiveness? Then ask Him to forgive your trespasses as He forgives us our trespasses. Look for a thing where you dropped it, it is there. So look for Christ where you lost him, for He has not gone away, He is waiting for you.

Go on seeking with your whole heart and He will be found of you, for it is dangerous to be without The Lord. Without Christ we are like a sheep without a shepherd; A crop without water, Sun without light, A ship without a rudder, A compass without a needle, A traveler without a map, A car without a steering wheel, kite without a string, A tree without roots.

Go on seeking!

What Gift of Grace is Jesus? Jesus himself is The Gift of Grace given to us. And that there is no more for heaven now to give. There is no more., so when somebody says that God has said this, God has not said anything else. Everything else that needs to be said has all been said together in Christ who has been given to us.

So anything that God says or reveals, it’s all in Christ Jesus. He’s given. There’s no more because If heaven must give something else, then it means that Christ must come a second time, die, be buried, and be raised again.

So when someone says that, oh, in my house where I come from, things are very difficult, you don’t understand, I need some intervention of God. There’s no more heaven can give anymore. What heaven can give, It has given.

Jesus is our joy, our righteousness, our freedom, our steadfast love, our deep and boundless peace. That is the Christ, so there’s no other peace anywhere else. There’s no other righteousness anywhere else. There’s no other freedom anywhere else, There’s no steadfast love anywhere else except that which God has already given when Christ came, died, rose from the grave. So what else would anybody say He hasn’t been given to me?

I am dead to sin.

I have been baptized into the death of Jesus Christ.

I am buried with Him by the baptism into His death.

As Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, I also, I now walk in newness of life.

I have been planted together with Him in the likeness of His death and I declare that I am also in the likeness of His resurrection.

My old man is crucified with Him and the body of sin was destroyed.

Henceforth, I do not serve sin; I take no instruction from sin.

My body is dead and I am free from sin.

I am dead with Christ, and I also, am alive with Christ.

I know that Christ is raised from the dead and He does not die anymore.

Death has no dominion over Him.

Christ died unto sin once and now He lives unto God.

I reckon myself to be dead indeed unto sin and I am alive unto God through Jesus Christ my Lord.

Therefore I do not let sin reign in my body. I do not obey my body in its lusts.

I am alive from the dead.

I offer my body as an instrument of righteousness alone.

I dare say that sin has no dominion over me, because I am no longer under the law, but I am standing in His grace.

I am a servant of God and I yield myself to God in obedience unto righteousness.

I am free from sin and I am a servant of righteousness.

I therefore present my body unto God as a servant to righteousness and unto holiness.

I am free from sin and I am a servant of God.

My fruit is holiness and everlasting life.

I have the gift of God which is eternal life through Jesus Christ my Lord.

Imagine standing at the starting line of the Olympic Games. The crowd roars, the air buzzes with anticipation, and every athlete is laser-focused on the prize—a gold medal that represents years of discipline, sacrifice, and relentless effort. Now, picture yourself as a spiritual Olympian, running the race of faith described in 1 Corinthians 9:25-27. The Apostle Paul invites us to see our Christian journey as an Olympic event, where self-control, perseverance, and purpose are essential to claiming an incorruptible crown.

In the Olympics, athletes endure grueling training regimens. They wake up before dawn, push their bodies to the limit, and sacrifice comfort for excellence. Similarly, the Christian life calls us to walk the narrow path—a disciplined and challenging route that leads to eternal life. Jesus said in Matthew 7:13-14 that “narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life.” This path is not for the faint-hearted; it requires endurance and steadfast commitment.

Just as Olympians must resist distractions to focus on their goal, we must resist the allure of the broad path that leads to destruction. The narrow path may seem bitter at times—like eating the Passover lamb with bitter herbs—but it is filled with life-giving nourishment for our souls.

Pressing On Despite Hardships

Paul reminds us that athletes compete for a perishable crown, but we strive for an imperishable one. This perspective transforms hardships into opportunities for growth. The Holy Spirit empowers us to press on when we feel weak, reminding us that “nothing is impossible” with God (Luke 1:37). Like a marathon runner pushing through fatigue, we must discipline our bodies and bring them under subjection (1 Corinthians 9:27).

The Israelites’ journey during Passover is a powerful parallel. They ate their meal in haste, ready to move forward despite uncertainty. Their bitter herbs symbolized both suffering and deliverance—a reminder that even in trials, God’s promises sustain us. Similarly, our faith grows stronger when we embrace challenges as part of God’s refining process.

Olympians dedicate their lives to achieving glory that fades with time. In contrast, our prize is eternal—a crown of righteousness bestowed by Christ Himself (2 Timothy 4:8). This incorruptible crown motivates us to run with purpose and fight with precision. Paul says he does not run aimlessly or box as one beating the air; his actions are intentional and focused on glorifying God (1 Corinthians 9:26).

When faced with difficulties on the narrow path—whether it’s resisting temptation or enduring trials—we can find strength in knowing that our efforts have eternal significance. The road may be steep and rocky, but it leads to abundant life.

Empowered by the Holy Spirit

No Olympian competes alone; they rely on coaches and teammates for support. As spiritual Olympians, we have the ultimate coach—the Holy Spirit—guiding us every step of the way. His power enables us to overcome obstacles that seem insurmountable. With His help, we can endure trials with patience, live by faith, and crucify our fleshly desires (Galatians 2:20; James 1:2-3).

The Christian life is not a sprint; it’s a marathon requiring endurance, discipline, and unwavering focus on Christ. Like Olympians who train tirelessly for fleeting glory, we must dedicate ourselves wholeheartedly to pursuing an eternal prize. The narrow path may be challenging, but it is worth every step because it leads to life everlasting.

So lace up your spiritual running shoes and step onto the track. Run your race with purpose, fight your battles with precision, and press on toward the prize that awaits you in Christ Jesus! Remember: you are an Olympian in faith—a champion empowered by the Holy Spirit to conquer every challenge along the way.

To be In Christ means to “rely on HIM”, “believe in HIM”, “Trust in HIM” and therefore HE becomes the source of everything. If you are a branch, you have no choice but to rely on the tree. Jesus Christ in John 15 described what it means to be in HIM or to abide in HIM. HE says that it is only when you become a branch and you learn to receive HIS Word and obey it and do what HE says then you abide in HIM.

Let us ask ourselves:

Are you in HIM?

Would you say that you draw strength from HIM?

Would you say that you are committed to HIM?

Would you say Jesus could count on you because you are reliable?

Would you say that it is only HIM that is the source of everything you do?

Would you say that you consider HIS interest first before yours?

If yes, then you are faithful in Christ. Jesus Himself proved that. HE always referred to God as “My God.”; ” My Father” Do you see God as “Your Father?”

Ephesians, 1:3 Blessed [be] the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly [places] in Christ:

God has already blessed us with spiritual blessings, not physical, because that which we see came out of that which we did not see. So that what happens today, the Bible says, it happened out of what we did not see. God is ruling on earth from the heaven and HE has blessed us with all spiritual blessings in the heavenly realms.

God has blessed us in the past, we do not now have to come to God and say, “Bless me” or I” am expecting it” NO! You are not supposed to be expecting it. You are supposed to reckon that it has already been done and given.

The blessings were given so we do not now have to say, “Bless me” before you will be blessed. This is because the blessings have already been given. God has done all things ahead.

One may ask, “Does it mean that God has already chosen the people that were to be saved? NO! This is because the Father says, “HE wishes and desires that all will be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth” (1 Timothy 2:3-4).

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whosoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life”. (John 3:16) God gave HIS one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in HIM will not perish but have eternal life. HE set a precedent for whosoever will

For instance, one may prepare a room, make tables, provide food and everything then invite everybody in New York to come and eat. All that the people are supposed to do is just believe it and come eat. If his messengers come and tell you that, there is this place in New York where they have set tables and serving food, music and everything “come and eat” all one needs is to believe and go and eat. However, you find out that men and women choose not to believe, obey and not to hearken to the call. Now if you choose not to, then you fall out, but if you choose to, then you are saved, chosen for life everlasting– WHOSOEVER WILL!

That sounds too simple. You mean if only I believe in Jesus Christ, then I am saved?” it looks too simple a story however immediately you fail to heed to the call, you miss out. Yes you yourself, NOT GOD; you have chosen and sentenced your life to an everlasting prison where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched. (Mark 9:46).

Today you are being presented with a simple story that God has chosen unto HIMSELF to give a people such a great inheritance to receive of HIM; That HE becomes their Father, and they become children unto HIM; That everything of HIS, HE gives unto them by only believing that Jesus Christ died some years ago on the cross and if only you believed that and confess it, through HIM you walk into an inheritance with God. Yes, you are acquitted and discharged of the Adversary. Free forever!!!

This is God’s kind intention of HIS Will, which HE purposed in Christ with a view to an administration suitable to the fullness of the times and that is the summing up of all things in Christ. – Things in the heaven and things on the earth all in HIM.

Are you living to yourself to die? or Are you dying to yourself to live?

God Loves You!!

The rapid changing scenes of life, coupled with increased chaos, lack, suffering, protests, wars, diseases, fear, climate change, etc in our present world today, no doubt has led and continuously leading to feelings of despair, disappointment, unbelief, low moral, depression, frustration, suicide, confusion, anxiety, etc. But For us Christians, whether we find ourselves in a season of testing, a wilderness experience, a dry season, a valley experience or a dark night season, it’s important to remember that there is a purpose of God in all our situations.

Yes it is important to remember that, God is with us in the midst of our trials, and every season serves a divine purpose. Take heart in the knowledge that every season, no matter how dark, is an opportunity for growth and transformation. Trust in God’s plan, and allow Him to guide you through the valleys and wildernesses of life.

Jesus says in Revelation 3:21-22 “He who overcomes, I will grant to him to sit down with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne”.

Difficult moments can refine your faith, deepen your understanding of God, and prepare you for the blessings that lie ahead. While it may be hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel, know that God is working in you and through you, even when circumstances feel overwhelming.

Yes, during the storms of life, it is natural to panic. Sometimes it appears that Jesus is ‘sleeping’ (Mt.8:23). He does not appear to be doing anything about our situations, but thankfully, we can all cry out, as the disciples did, ‘Lord, save us!’

Worry is a conversation we have with ourselves about things we cannot change. “Worry Warriors” manifest in various ways in our lives, often exacerbating our anxiety and stress. Here are some common forms of worry that affect us:

Worrying about future events or outcomes that are beyond our control leading to constant anxiety. This fear often stems from uncertainty about health, finances, or relationships.

Dwelling on past mistakes or missed opportunities creating a cycle of despair and hindering our ability to move forward and embrace the present.

The desire to meet unrealistic standards leading to excessive disappointment about performance, whether in work, relationships, or personal goals.

Constantly measuring ourselves against others and fueling feelings of inadequacy, leading to despair about our own worth and achievements.

Overthinking by analyzing situations repeatedly trapping us in a cycle of frustrations making it difficult to find peace or make decisions.

Concerns about physical health manifesting as obsessive thoughts about illnesses or symptoms leading to increased stress and worry.

Worrying about money, job security, or economic stability creating significant anxiety impacting overall well-being.

Fears about the stability of friendships or relationships especially if we perceive threats to those connections.

Worrying about finding a new job after being made redundant.

Worries about events that may never happen or that are outside our control. For example, worrying about losing your job.

Worrying about paying bills such as rent, mortgage, utilities, etc. because you don’t have enough money

Worrying about losing a loved one

Anxiety over unexpected financial costs like car repairs, medical bills, home repairs or maintenance issues

Worrying about job performance and meeting deadlines or targets

Worrying about a medical test result or a loved one’s health issue

Concerns over a relationship conflict that needs to be resolved

Anxiety about an upcoming social event or public speaking engagement

Worrying about an upcoming exam or project deadline

Concerns over maintaining good grades and academic performance

Anxiety about choosing a major or career path after graduation

Anxiety about an upcoming move or change in living situation

Worrying about achieving personal goals, developing new skills, or making positive changes in life.

Whenever you find yourself overwhelmed, remember that prayer is the tool for address it. Instead of engaging in a conversation of worry, shift your focus to a conversation with God, who has the power to change circumstances and provide peace. Trust in His guidance and presence, knowing that He is always ahead, clearing the path for you.

Prayer is a dialogue with God about matters He can completely handle. With God nothing is impossible. Prayer is our direct line of communication with God and should be the first response when worry creeps in. Rather than expending energy on anxiety, despair, disappointments, suicidal, etc bring your concerns to the Lord. God has a way of transforming our negatives into positives. He invites us to replace worry with prayer. The Bible encourages us not to be anxious but to present our requests to God through prayer and petition, accompanied by thanksgiving.

Prayer is personal; there’s no right or wrong way to do it. When you seek guidance, strength, or healing, center yourself, and connect with God. Praying is a powerful means of fighting “Worry Warriors” and finding peace and comfort. It allows us to express our hopes, fears, and gratitude. Let prayer be your refuge. Embrace it as a source of strength, knowing that you are not alone in your struggles. God is always there, ready to listen and respond.

Remember, God isn’t behind us, shouting, “Go!” Instead, He stands ahead of us, inviting us to “Come!” He clears the path before us and makes the crooked ways straight.

The LORD knew there will be situations that’s why HE arranged a comeback for every setback so we can overcome Worry “Warriors” to Worry Wins; we can move from every wrong to restoration; we can move from every disappointment to a new beginning; we can move from every sickness and diseases to total wholeness; we can move from the place of heaviness; place of dullness, despondency, weighed down, grief, weakness, etc to the place of praise; we can move from the place of ashes to the place of beauty.

How To Overcome Worry

Remind yourself that God cares for you and is concerned about your well-being. Trust in His love and faithfulness to guide you through challenging times.

Reflect on the root causes of your worry. Is it a result of feeling out of control, inadequate, or uncertain? Understanding the underlying reasons can help you address them from a biblical perspective.

Cultivate a deep trust in God’s sovereignty and wisdom. Surrender your worries and anxieties to Him, knowing that He is in control and has your best interests at heart. Acknowledge that some things are beyond your control and choose to place them in God’s hands.

Engage in regular prayer and supplication. Take your concerns, fears, and worries before God in honest and heartfelt communication. Express your needs, desires, and uncertainties, and seek His guidance, wisdom, and peace. Remember to include thanksgiving, acknowledging God’s faithfulness and provision.

Meditate on God’s promises found in Scripture. Remind yourself of His faithfulness, love, and provision in the past. Allow His promises to strengthen your faith and provide reassurance in the face of worry.

Fill your mind with thoughts that align with God’s truth. Replace anxious thoughts with truths from God’s Word. Focus on God’s goodness, His sovereignty, and His ability to work all things together for your good.

Cultivate an attitude of gratitude. Regularly thank God for His blessings and provision. Gratitude helps shift your focus away from worry and redirects it toward recognizing God’s faithfulness and goodness.

If your worries persist or become overwhelming, consider seeking guidance from trusted mentors, pastors, or counselors who can provide biblical insight and support.

Since God wants the best for you, is always with you, and has the power to do anything, you can trust any worrisome situation to Him and invite Him to work it out for the best. Ask God to reveal any unbelief or unhealed wounds that may be preventing you from trusting Him completely.

Instead of suppressing worrisome thoughts, pray for the Holy Spirit to renew your mind and help you evaluate how every thought that enters it compares to biblical truth. Replace worrisome thoughts with new thoughts based on the reality of what God says is true.

Unhealthy lifestyle habits may make you more prone to worrying than you would be if you took care of yourself the way God intends. Practice healthy habits such as eating nutritious meals, getting enough sleep, exercising regularly, and practicing relaxation techniques.

When you focus your thoughts too much on your circumstances, it’s easy for your mind to wander off into worrying. Focus on God – who is in control of your circumstances – to get to know more about His great power and love, which will help you see that it makes sense to stop worrying and start trusting God more.

Worry focuses your attention on the future, anticipating negative events that may never happen, and which you can’t prevent if they do happen. Decide to live in the present, taking one day at a time as Jesus says you should do, trusting that He will empower you to handle every worrisome situation that comes your way.

Focusing on God’s Promises

Focusing on God’s promises when worried provides peace, redirects your focus, strengthens your faith, affirms God’s sovereignty, accesses His power, and helps you escape the corruption of worry. It is a powerful biblical strategy for overcoming anxiety and experiencing God’s presence.

It provides peace and comfort and reminds you of His love, care, and faithfulness and bring a sense of peace and comfort in the midst of worry.

It redirects your focus instead of focusing on your circumstances and problems. Shifting your focus to God’s promises helps redirect your attention away from the worrisome situation and toward God’s truth and power.

Meditating on God’s promises and His past faithfulness builds your trust in Him and strengthens your faith:. As you remind yourself of His promises, your faith grows stronger, enabling you to face worries with confidence.

God’s promises affirm His sovereignty and control over all things. Focusing on this truth helps you let go of worry, reminds you of God’s sovereignty and trust that He is working all things together for your good.

When you focus on God’s promises, you are able to access the power of God to overcome worry. His promises empower you to live with peace and courage.

Focusing on God’s promises enables you to share in His divine nature and escape the corruption caused by worry and anxiety. It transforms your mind and helps you live according to God’s truth.

God’s Promises

God’s promises reminds us of His constant presence, unfailing love, and power to sustain and strengthen us. By focusing on these promises from God’s Word, you can find immediate comfort, peace, and strength to overcome.

John 14:27

Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

Philippians 4:6-7

Don’t fret or worry. Instead of worrying, pray. Let petitions and praises shape your worries into prayers, letting God know your concerns. Before you know it, a sense of God’s wholeness, everything coming together for good, will come and settle you down. It’s wonderful what happens when Christ displaces worry at the center of your life

Psalm 17:5, 15

Uphold my steps in Your paths, That my footsteps may not slip. 6I have called upon You, for You will hear me, O God; Incline Your ear to me, and hear my speech. Show Your marvelous lovingkindness by Your right hand, O You who save those who trust in You From those who rise up against them.

2 Corinthians 10:5

We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ

Isaiah 41:10

“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”

Exodus 33:14

“The Lord replied, ‘My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.'”

John 14:27

“. Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid”

Psalm 55:22

“Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken.”

1 Peter 5:7″

Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.”

Psalm 34:17

“The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles.”

Isaiah 40:31

“But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”

2 Corinthians 12:9

“But he said to me, ‘My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.'”

If you’re not content with your life the way it is right now, you’ll be prone to worry. Ask God to teach you to be content with whatever circumstances you encounter. Focus on the fact that God is always with you, place your confidence in God’s goodness, and trust Him to accomplish good purposes through whatever type of circumstances you go through at any given time.

Jesus says “Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it. – Matthew 7:13-14

On this day the Lord led me through the spirit to witness the two roads the Bible speaks of in the afterlife.

This is talking about the possible destinations of human souls when they die. I have always sought to know what happens to people when they fall dead. I have always prayed for the Lord to show me so I can write about it.

On this day in June is the second time I have experienced this.

“Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it. – Matthew 7:13-14

In my trance which ended around 3:00 AM, the Lord showed me a scene in the afterlife deeper than what I previously encountered. Please pay attention as I share with you. I testify that the following is not fabricated storytelling but a true and personal experience I had while in my sleep, in the vision of the night.

In Matthew 7:13-14 Jesus said,
*Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and many go in by it.*
*Because narrow is the gate and [b]difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.*
This passage tells us of two ways, two lives, two ends. The way to heaven and the way to hell. The right and wrong, the good and evil.

In one of which we are currently walking MAJESTICALLY, either knowingly or unknowingly. There is no middle way, either you are on the narrow way, or you are on the broad way.

*MY PERSONAL ENCOUNTER*
When you die, there is always a river to cross and experience. This is the second time I have seen this vast river and many people who have had this same experience have also testified about it that there is indeed a Spiritual river that your soul will cross after death…

The speed at which you travel on this river is such a super speed and you have no control over the speed at which you travel to your next destination in the afterlife.

When people died I saw that they put on a new body and this body is so light and transparent that it passes through anything and never conforms to the laws of gravity.

I saw that departed souls use two different roads through the river. This is automatic, you cannot control where you want to go. The wind like a strong force drives you through the deep vast river to which road you deserve.

At that moment you wouldn’t even know that you are dead. Everything happens to you like day or night dreaming. This happens so fast and speedily. Your soul has departed the world, country, and home you live in with your family, friends, and loved ones.

I saw that after crossing the river is a plain waterless path like a serene garden where an angel from God or Satan comes to meet your soul. They will welcome you and tell you where exactly your soul is going.

If it is heaven they will tell you and hell, they will tell you that you have come to hell. Immediately they cease you and lead (escort) you through to your final destination.

*There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, But the end thereof are the ways of death. Proverbs 14:12*

Satan’s angels rejoice. They mock you with strong laughter when they pick you up. I also saw that souls who now get to know the reality of where they have come to (hell), now repent of their sins and the kind of life they lived on earth.

I saw that they start to call on only one name which is JESUS to save them. I heard and saw souls crying, wailing bitterly, confessing Jesus openly, and asking forgiveness for their sins so that they can turn back from the hell fire their soul is entering.

But this was too late! Too, too late… Satan’s angels laugh a lot when people start to cry, confess their sins and now turn to Jesus for forgiveness. They laugh so loud and tell you that it is too late.

Amazingly, I was seeing a whole lot of so-called Christians and Pastors also traveling through that road leading to hell. I saw that they look so disappointed and regretful for not living right even after their born-again experience. They were even the ones satan’s angels rejoiced, laughed at, and teased the more.

This is because I saw that those look-cold Christians and Pastors pray and call on Jesus the more. Satan tells them, you are no longer in your church and your prayers can no longer be heard. Welcome to hell.

*THE HORROR*
I saw that souls that were entering hell were more than souls traveling to a happy life with Jesus in heaven.
*Where will you be if you happen to die anytime soon or later?*
Have you been to Jesus for the cleansing power?
Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb?
Are you fully trusting in His grace this hour?
Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb?
Are you washed in the blood,
In the soul-cleansing blood of the Lamb?
Are your garments spotless?
Are they white as snow?
Are you washed in the blood of the Lamb?
*Time Is Running Out! Clean Up!*
Accept Jesus into your life today and find a spirit-filled Bible-believing Church to attend.
Pray This Simple Prayer While You Still Live in Your Body and On Earth.
You can no longer pray this prayer if anything happens and you die suddenly.

*”Dear God, I know I’m a sinner, and I ask for Your forgiveness. I believe Jesus Christ is Your Son. I believe that He died for my sin and that You raised Him to life.*
*I now trust Him as my Saviour and want to follow Him as Lord, from this day forward. Guide my life and help me to do Your will. I pray this in the name of Jesus. Amen.”*

Sin came into the world through one man, and his sin brought death with it. As a result, death has spread to the whole human race because everyone has sinned. In the same way Righteousness came into the world through one man, and His Righteousness with it. As a result, life has spread to the whole human race because everyone has been made righteous. So then, as the one sin condemned all people, in the same way the one righteous act sets all people free and gives them life. And just as all people were made sinners as the result of the disobedience of one man, in the same way all people are put right with God as the result of the obedience of the one man – Jesus Christ!

The day SIN entered the world, MAN was immediately separated from God. Man lost his relationship with God. CHRIST JESUS restored the relationship so WHOSOEVER believes in HIM is reconciled back to God. John 3:16

The Battle for souls has been raging for the soul of every individual on earth to get man to continue to remain separated from God or have life and relationship with God. Rev. 12:12 “..Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath.”

This war human beings are engaged in is not a physical battle that requires bullets and guns. It is a spiritually battle. 2 Corinthians 10:4 says “For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but have divine power to destroy strongholds.”

A stronghold is a building or structure that is safe from attack, The Battle which begins in the mind is influenced and intensely attacked by the systems of the world, systems of thought and traditions of men which are strongholds put together to become a barrier to keep human beings from being what God wants them to be or from stepping out of faith in God. Mark 7:13 says The traditions of men have made the Word Of God of none effect.

This incensed attack and battle for souls are the direct result of man being cajoled or ‘forced’ to live without God and rather do everything on his own. By sustained coaxing and deception this “new” way of lifestyle of living without God has reached the loudest point on earth culminating now in protests everywhere, crisis, strives, killings, anxieties, pressure, difficulties and confusion all over. Man was created to have fellowship with God and nothing but intimacy with Him will ever satisfy the deepest longing of the soul. The requirements and demands of the times to live without God have now reached epic proportions,

The just-ended opening and closing ceremony of the 2024 Olympic games depicted a horrible desecration, complete mockery of LORD Jesus Christ and Blasphemy of the Christian Faith by the Olympic Committee. You may ask yourself what those acts had to do with Games. The games viewed by all nations of the world displayed performances which were obviously demonic.

Images of Marie Antoinette, queen of France whose head was chopped off in the French Revolution holding her severed head and singing; Blood coming and splattering down from a building; The head of a Golden Bull; Bisexuality and same sex; Mockery of Last Supper and The Wedding Banquet among others. What was done was no fluke or innocent but yes the Olympic Committee knew exactly what they were doing – replacing Christ Jesus with the worshipping of satan, the next world agenda.

O you believer and follower of Christ, if there has ever been a time to seek God more than ever before, this is the time, and so very fast before it is too late for Jesus warned that unless the days are cut short, even the very elect will be deceived. Matthew 24:22 “Unless those days had been cut short, no life would have been saved; but for the sake of the elect those days will be cut short.”

Who is Man?
– Man is created in the Image and likeness (Nature, Spirit) of God
– Man given dominion over all creation.
-Man is a three –dimensional being. Man is made of three parts – Body, Soul and Spirit. Man is a spirit after the Image of God. He lives in a body and has a soul. The moment the spirit leaves the body, your journey here in the world ends. You do not take anything that you earned throughout your life journey with you except one thing: – Your deeds, whether it be good or bad.

What is the Soul of Man?
– The soul of man consists of his Mind or intellect, his emotions and his will
– The soul of man feels
– The soul of man chooses
– The soul of man knows
– The soul of man talks
– The soul of man fears
– The soul of man makes a decision
– The soul of man laughs
– The soul of man gets into a rage
– The soul of man expresses himself
– The soul of man gets in touch with his environment.

God’s intention is to reconcile man back to his/her original glorious state in Him: Your spirit saved; your soul renewed and your body changed and restored. You must win this battle. You must give God glory and stand at the place and say that you a true Christian not only in words but in deeds and practice.

And the armies which were in heaven followed Him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. And out of His mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it He should smite the nations: and He shall rule them with a rod of iron: and He treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. And He hath on His vesture and on His thigh a name written, KINGG OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.”

Understanding the battle for your soul is crucial. When Satan seeks to gain control over you, he doesn’t announce himself at your door, declaring, “I’m here to take over your life.” Instead, he operates subtly and strategically.

The battle for one’s soul is a significant theme on earth. The adversary that opposes everything God, employs subtle tactics to influence and control individuals, governments, nations, etc often without their immediate awareness. he operates through manipulation and deception via humans, and or other ways, often exploiting everyday situations to provoke negative emotions such as anger or resentment. For instance a seemingly innocuous interaction can trigger feelings of being wronged, leading to a cycle of anger, bitterness, fights, divorce, protests or war.

The Bible provides several strategies for resisting this influence. Key passages emphasize the importance of being strong in the Lord and recognizing that the battle is not fought in human strength but through divine power. Ephesians 6:10-18 outlines the “armor of God,” to equip believers to stand firm against the devil’s schemes .

Furthermore, James 4:7 encourages believers to “resist the devil, and he will flee from you,” highlighting the effectiveness of vigilance and spiritual discipline in combating temptation .

While the opposer is portrayed as a “powerful” adversary, it is crucial to understand that he is powerless with limitations. He is not omniscient or omnipresent; he cannot read minds or be everywhere at once. His influence is based on observation and manipulation rather than direct control . This means that individuals have the agency to resist his temptations through awareness and reliance on spiritual truths.

How should you live?

What God Says in The Bible is the first process to show how you should live when it comes to winning the battle for your soul.

Speak the Word of God day and night to convert your soul daily. What limits you is your soul. When you speak the Word of God, your soul is aligned, your emotion is aligned; your thought process is aligned; your will is aligned and your spirit gives you power to move forward and provide the way of escape for you to win the battle for your soul.

Watch the songs you listen to/Films you watch

Watch the things you watch, read or listen on the Media – Radio, TV, Newspapers, Books and the Internet.

Watch the Friends you have – your best friend cannot be unbelievers.

Do not isolate yourself or do not live in isolation.

Grow in Grace – look at yourself and ask whether you are growing by seeing fruits in your life that you did not see before; or are there things you understand now that you did not understand before.

Meditate on the Word of God day and night

The competition for the soul of man is a battle between adherence to the Word of God or succumbing to the adversary’s influence to disregard the Word of God. This conflict is highlighted by contemporary societal issues such as rise in individualism, the promotion of lifestyles and culture that contradict Biblical teachings and persuasion of individuals to abandon the divine truths found in Scripture. Once the opposer can get you to let go of the Word of God, then he has won the battle.

Today the modern discourse includes phrases like “it is my right” or “hate speech,” when discussing moral and ethical standards. Actions such as wearing inverted crosses, tearing up Bibles, and the rise of LGBTQ+ rights are manifestations of a shift away from Biblical values. The life of individualism is one that undermines communal values and Biblical teachings. The Biblical narrative warns against such attitude that leads to violence and sin. The battle for your soul is a continuous struggle against negative influences, deception and the need for spiritual vigilance. It reflects deep-seated concerns about the erosion of traditional values in the face of modern challenges.

The call to action is clear: believers are to remain steadfast in their faith, uphold the Word of God, and engage in spiritual warfare against the influences that seek to undermine their beliefs. This struggle is not only about personal conviction but also about the broader implications for society as a whole. By understanding the tactics employed by the opposer and arming oneself with Biblical truths and spiritual practices, individuals can navigate these challenges and maintain their believe and spiritual integrity in Christ Jesus. The focus remain on cultivating a relationship with God, which serves as the ultimate defense against spiritual adversaries. If we are abiding in Him the whole world can collapse around us and we will be at perfect peace because we have built our lives on a Kingdom that cannot be shaken.

Yes it is a battle between Light and darkness, Day and night, Life and death, Truth and lies, Good and evil, Dawn and dusk, Jesus and satan – the opposer, adversary and accuser of the brethren.

John 3:16 “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” If you have not yet believed in Christ Jesus, do so today and restore your relationship with God. Remember, whether you believe or you do not believe, it does not change the Truth that The Savior gave His life to free and save all the 8 billion human beings on earth from SIN and HE is soon coming for all who have CHOSEN to believe. In deed you disbelieve to our own peril. CHOOSE LIFE!!!
